The terms governing domestic helper placement services — including fees, guarantee terms, and contractual obligations — are set out in the Placement Agreement that you sign separately when engaging PMA's services. In the event of any conflict between these Website terms and the Placement Agreement, the Placement Agreement prevails for matters relating to placement services.

1. Nature of Information on This Website

Content on this Website is published for general informational purposes. It is not legal advice. Regulatory information (levy rates, permit fees, MOU salary minimums, immigration rules) is researched against official sources but may change. We update content when we become aware of changes, but we do not guarantee that all figures are current at the time of your visit.

Before making any decision about hiring a domestic helper, verify current regulatory requirements with the relevant government authority (JIM, JTKSM, FOMEMA, POLO) or consult a licensed employment agency.

6. WhatsApp and Third-Party Messaging
